At aisburg, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely in love with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of defective or incorrect items.

• Refund Processing — Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
• Exchanges — For size or color exchanges, please place a new order and return the original item for a refund.
• Non-Returnable Items — Final sale items and personalized products cannot be returned.
